Understanding the multiple variables other than climate change, that contribute to such vulnerability and thus the potential for conflict.

Recommendations for peacebuilding and conflict prevention

Recommendations for peacebuilding efforts, hence, how to reduce the vulnerability of said groups (includes a variety of actors, such as states and local communities).
